The Accrual Claim Form is located in the Program Application Process (PAP)

To access the form click on Reporting > Program Application Process



Select Dealer Marketing Accrual Programs > Funds Claim Form from the Program Applications Menu



Select your Location Address from the Program Applications Menu

If the address is not available in the dropdown list you can add it by clicking on Add & Edit Address



Select Claim Type – Daikin VRV Pro



Select Program Year the claim is for




Select the Contractor you are submitting a claim for from the dropdown list

If the contractor is not available in the dropdown list you can add it by clicking on Add & Edit Dealers to access your Dealer Master

Select Payment Type



Enter the Claim Details
Claim Types are available by clicking on the dropdown menu



Attach the required Supporting Documents > Confirm > Submit

Claims submitted without all supporting documents will be returned
