The Daikin Ductless/VRV Only Dealer Loyalty Registration form is located in the Program Application Process (PAP)

To access the form click on Reporting > Program Application Process



Select Dealer Marketing Accrual Programs > Daikin Ductless/ VRV Only Registration from the Program Applications Menu



Select the Program Year by clicking on the drop-down arrow

Select the Program Registration Type you wish to register the dealer for

Select the Profile Type

Select the Dealer you wish to register from the drop down arrow icon

If the Dealer is not available in the drop down list you can add it by clicking on Add & Edit Dealers to access your Dealer Master

Complete the required fields displayed below. This help us to better understand the type of contractor being registered

Please Note: This information will auto-populate from the PAP Dealer Master

If it does not, you will need to add this information by selecting the Add & Edit Dealers to access your Dealer Master



Enter the Situation Details making sure to include all information that should be considered as part of the request

Note: Hovering over the "?" icon will provide further details as they pertain to this field



Click Add Attachments to add an attachment. Attachment is optional

A copy of the completed Contractor Profile and Agreement are required and must be attached in the PAP system or submitted through Docusign electronic process.

Select the Regional Sales Director to notify

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 

  • Loyalty program registrations will be for the current calendar year (Jan-Dec) they are registered in.
  • Applications entered after December 12th of this year will automatically be for the following program year.
  • All Loyalty program registrations will have an automatic end date of December 31st of the year they are registered in.
